A few minutes later and we watched a snow plow make a path for the ambulance on the Reno-bound side of the highway. Whoever had been hurt was now headed for the hospital. We were grateful for that. More calls home. …. This hotel was so nicely decorated–old western antiques everywhere. I was getting that “Nevada” feeling. It's a wonderful feeling that you don't really get in Las Vegas. These small towns, and even Reno, have a wonderful flavor all their own.
